On Site Recreational Program Registration
We will hold on site registration for the upcoming Fall season at SWP Tuesday July 8th and Thursday July 10th from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
First child pays full registration fee, second and third registration within the same family will receive 20% off and fourth or more 50% off.
Be sure to bring the following:- Signed application (application forms will be available on site)
- Copy of birth certificate (players not previously registered)
- Registration fee
- First child $85 (U8 - U19) $60 (U5 and U6)
- Second and third $ 68 (U8-U19) $48 (U5 and U6)
- Fourth or more $ 42.50 ( U8 - U19) $30 (U5 and U6)
- Additional $25 if opting out of volunteer requirement.
